WHO WE ARE
Louisville Exchanger & Vessel is an ASME certified code shop that is centrally located in the Midwest of the United States, in Louisville, KY.
When LEV opened it's doors in 2000 we found success in providing the process and petrochemical industries with the highest quality products on time and on budget. That strong customer commitment led us to expand and find success in the various industries including the heart and soul of Kentucky; distilleries. We also work with chemical plants, power plants and food plants.
LEV currently designs and builds ASME "U" and "R" stamped vessels, as well as heat exchangers in accordance with ASME Section 8, division 1, and the N.B.I.C. With LEV's engineering capabilities, we are confident that we can design and build the equipment you require specifically for your process.
LEV is housed under 28,000 square feet of manufacturing and machining space, with an additional acre of outdoor space.

All work done by Louisville Exchanger and Vessel, Inc. is in accordance with Section VIII, Division I of the ASME code. Our quality control program ensures that every project complies with the ASME code and customer specifications.

OUR STATISTICS
LEV employs 30+ personnel to include: ASME Sec. 9 certified welders, fitter/helpers and office/support personnel. Qualifications include: P1, P4, P8, P10, P43, and P44 materials (to name a few).
Our lifting capacity is headed up by the following:
- (2) Wireless 30,000-lb Wire Rope Hoists in Building 1
- (1) 15-Ton in Building 2
- Tandem 20-Ton Cranes in Building 3
Additionally, LEV has:
- (3) 15,000-lb Forklifts
- (2) 10,000-lb Forklifts
- (1) 40,000-lb Mobile Crane with 90ft Boom
- (1) 150,000-lb All-Terrain
- (1) 15 Ton Broderson
